Chauffeurs & Services provides you with the legal information of its company. Chauffeurs & Services is referred to below as “The Company”.
APPLICABILITY
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Chauffeurs & Services CF GmbH and its related trademarks globally, including in Switzerland, Europe, and the United States. By using our services, you accept these Terms. Any deviations from these Terms must be agreed upon in writing by Chauffeurs & Services CF GmbH.
DEFINITIONS
- Chauffeurs & Services CF GmbH: Referred to as “Our Company,” “We,” “Us.” Based in Wollerau SZ, Switzerland, operating globally.
- Customer: Any person who books our services via website, email, phone, or app. Must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for accurate booking information and payment.
- Passenger: The individual(s) using the service, who may or may not be the Customer.
- Service: The hire of a vehicle with a professional driver.
- Partner: Companies providing chauffeur services on behalf of Chauffeurs & Services CF GmbH.
GENERAL TERMS
Acceptance of Terms
Using our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.
Booking Notice
A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required for online bookings. For urgent bookings, contact us at the appropriate helpline or email based on your region:

Punctuality
While we strive for punctuality, delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather) are not our responsibility.
Driving Standards
Drivers adhere to safe, legal speeds based on road conditions and regional traffic laws. The most appropriate route will be taken unless otherwise instructed by the Customer.
Damage Responsibility
Customers are liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by them or their party and will be billed for necessary repairs or cleaning.
Insurance
All vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third-party claims in compliance with the region’s regulations. However, Customers’ belongings are transported at their own risk, and we are not liable for any loss or damage.
Luggage and Personal Items
Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items at all times.
Lost Property
Lost items found in our vehicles will be logged and stored. We will attempt to return items to their owners.
Passenger Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to any Passenger whose behavior endangers safety or property.
Statutory Rights
These Terms do not affect Customers’ rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
SERVICE AREAS
Chauffeurs & Services operates globally, including:
- Switzerland, Europe: Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Benelux, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece).
- United States: Major cities and metropolitan areas, including New Mexico, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, and Atlanta.
Vehicle categories and pricing vary by region. For details, refer to our booking system or contact us directly.
BOOKING AND USING SERVICES
Contracts are between the Customer and Chauffeurs & Services CF GmbH. Services may be fulfilled:
- Directly by our fleet and drivers.
- Through a combination of our fleet and Partner drivers.
- Via trusted Partner companies.
Passengers must adhere to these rules:
- Respect the vehicle’s passenger capacity.
- No smoking, littering, or engaging in hazardous activities.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unavailability.
PRICING
- Airport Transfers: Include 1 hour of free waiting time; additional waiting time is billed hourly.
- City Transfers: Include 15 minutes of free waiting time; additional waiting time is billed hourly.
- Hourly Bookings: Include 20 kilometers per hour (Europe) or 15 miles per hour (U.S.); extra kilometers/miles are billed separately.
Prices include the vehicle, driver, tolls, and fuel. Optional services are charged additionally. Payments are made in the local service currency, and conversion fees (if any) are stated on invoices.
PAYMENT TERMS
- Methods: Credit card (3.5% surcharge), PayPal (3.5% surcharge), or bank transfer. After five bookings, cash or card payment at pickup is available.
- Payment Timing: Full payment is required before service commencement. Additional costs (e.g., waiting time) are billed separately.
- Corporate Accounts: Approved accounts may pay monthly; invoices are due within 30 days. Late payments may result in suspended services.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund, excluding non-refundable fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: Full charges apply.
- Event bookings canceled within 48 hours: 50% of the invoice is charged.
LIABILITY
We are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, we are not responsible for personal belongings.
CONSUMER RIGHTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the booking. Disputes are resolved amicably or through arbitration/mediation under the laws of the applicable region.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
- Switzerland and Europe: Governed by Swiss law. Disputes are resolved under Swiss jurisdiction.
- United States: Governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Disputes are resolved under the jurisdiction of New Mexico courts.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property related to Chauffeurs & Services CF GmbH are owned exclusively by us.
DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
Customer data is managed per our Privacy Policy. Personal information is used solely for service delivery.
COOKIES POLICY
Use of our website implies consent to cookies, as detailed in our Cookies Policy.
UPDATES AND NOTIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Customers will be notified via email or website. Continued service use implies acceptance of updated Terms.
